Steve McCurry (Afgan Girl) : "And now, there's only one lab left on the planet that is processing Kodachrome. So there's only one lab. If you want your Kodachrome film processed, you've got to go to Dwayne Photo in Parsons, Kansas - that's it. And after December this year, they'll no longer be processing it. How sad
I would have shot my first roll of kodachrome in about 1969 I have no idea how many thousands of rolls I would have shot since then.
It was tricky stuff to get right but when you did it was just so beautiful. _________________ "Photography to the amateur is recreation, to the professional it is work, and hard work too, no matter how pleasurable it may be."

Not so suprising with the digital cameras around.
I still have stacks of 35 mm and some 120 rolls in the fridge, should check the date on them _________________ " No Worries "

Don't worry bout the date
The colours just get more interesting with age
If you are concerned put them in a freezer, The date is worked out at room temperature 20oC so cooling slows the reaction while heat makes it go faster.
Like any chemical reaction. _________________ "Photography to the amateur is recreation, to the professional it is work, and hard work too, no matter how pleasurable it may be."

It also has
Official professional Film of the 1988 Olympic Games.
Must be worth something for collecters _________________ " No Worries "
